For so long, I used to pretend that being called the “tall, skinny kid” didn’t effect me...

​

Growing up in a very athletic community, I deeply envied those around me who were stronger than I was.

 

I would do workouts at my house (that were totally incorrect) because I didn't even know where to start in a gym.

​

On top of that I was always athletic, always skiing and playing in the mountains. 

 

Did I even need to workout?


Years later I was frustrated that I wasn't the skier I thought I should be (All I wanted was to be better...)

s I was talking to a skier I looked up to, frustrated and hurt he said "you have what it takes, you just need some muscle"...

I was shocked... But I decided to invest in myself (for the first time ever) and hired a personal trainer.

After having proper structure, and learning what muscles I REALLY needed to build in order to perform as an athlete my SKI CAREER TOOK OFF!

I decided that I owe it to myself to get into the best shape I can in order to grow my confidence as a skier and a man...


Now my mission is to eliminate the lack of knowledge surrounding the importance of fitness in extreme sports and provide a safe space for people to learn, grow, and push themselves to be their best as a person and an athlete.
