For so long, I used to pretend that being called the “tall, skinny kid” didn’t effect me.

Growing up in a very athletic community, I deeply envied those around me who were bigger than I was. I would do workouts at my house (that were totally incorrect) because I was convinced that if I went to the gym, everyone would burst into laughter because of how skinny and weak I was.

Years later as my ski career began to take off, I decided that I owe it to myself to get into the best shape I can in order to grow my confidence as a skier and a man.

My mission is to eliminate the lack of knowledge surrounding the importance of fitness in extreme sports and provide a safe space for people to learn, grow, and push themselves to be their best as a person and an athlete.
