Hope everyone had the best weekend and ready to start this coming week off strong, hit their workout and nutrition goals, and most importantly take time in your day to reflect on your progress and be proud of yourselves for committing to your health!! Wanted to share a few of my favorite recipes for all my sweets lovers. There are SO many ways to make your favorite treats while still keeping nutrition on track. Protein Brownies (adjusted for altitude):
Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 peanut butter
