And to understand this dream, we have to go back a little bit...

Being born and raised in Hungary, my childhood consisted of being on Team Hungary for Nordic skiing and biathlon. Training hard in the winter, spring, summer and fall to one day compete in the Olympics, discipline and the love for moving my body was all I knew.

2 months before my 14th birthday, I was brought out to the U.S. (Cleveland, OH) by my mom and my step dad.

Not much skiing around, and always looking for an outlet for fitness, I joined track and cross country during High School. But that wasn't the only thing I joined...

I got into the party scene pretty heavily, which led to an extremely unhealthy relationship with food and fitness by the time I was a senior in high school. I found myself binge eating, drinking too much and starving myself in order to lose the excess weight.

My biggest and only dream at this time was to go to CU Boulder, become a park skier, party my brains out, and study pre-med, because as an immigrant becoming a doctor is kind of the only expectation.

But since I still didn't have a green card, this dream got shut down.

I found myself absolutely devastated, and very unhealthy. I was desperate to get out of this dark place, so I decided that I would go to the gym and put all this frustrated energy into learning how to really workout (not just spend an hour running on the treadmill counting how many calories I burn).

After the first workout at age 18, I absolutely fell in love. I spent the summer after graduating high school reading every single article on

I started writing my own workout plans and meal plans, experimenting with how different foods were effecting my performance and physique and just became absolutely obsessed with the gym.

After 6 months of consistency, people started to come up to me at the gym telling me that "I should compete". Which, I had no idea what it meant. After somebody writing a phone number on a piece of paper and handing it to me with "you have to call her. she's a coach, she will coach you", I found myself having my first coach who got me ready for my first bodybuilding competition at age 19.

My first coach and my first competition experience was actually terrible, but this was the turning point that inspired me to become a world class coach and help people change their lives around with bodybuilding, as my life was completely changed.

Bodybuilding taught me discipline like I truly never experienced before. It taught me consistency, persistence, patience and just the possibility of a better life. To feel incredible in my body all the time, to have infinite energy, to love, to feel, to have a healthy relationship with food.

I've carried this obsession with me for the last 10 years, I've worked at numerous public and private gyms, I've coached online, in people's houses, gyms, and I've been a coach in many different states: Ohio, New Jersey, Florida, and now Colorado.

I've helped people lose 50+ pounds, step on stage for bikini, figure, and wellness, overcome eating disorders, get off of thyroid medication, anti depressants, and just become overall healthier and happier in life.

Manifesting this love for fitness into a physical place has been a decade long plan and dream that has finally manifested into reality as; Gnarly Fit.
